SHALL WE DANCE?

I have a major weakness for dots that's for sure. They are all over my wardrobe: on my tops, sweaters, pants.. 
Do you know many prints as charming and eternal as polka dots? I don’t :-)
This flirty skirt (that's actually a dress) is up for any occasion. I paired it with my favorite red coat which already made an appearance HERE.
 Since everything's better with a bow, I added this statement belt as an extra-special accent.
